All of our plasma tables come with a built in oiler. Pump the handle at the beginning of each shift until you see a small amount of oil seep past the bearing packs. Run a cloth along the rails periodically through the shift to extend the life of your bearing packs.

All of our lasers have automatic oilers that are set on a timer. Make sure the oil reservoir is full and the machine will take care of the rest. Keep the accordion attached to keep dust from building up on the rails and wipe wipe them down at the end of every shift to remove any fine metal dust.

If you have a 1.5kw - 6kw machine we recommend that you check the beam center any time you change nozzles. Smaller nozzles will require more fine tuning so it is important to double check your beam center before moving to a smaller nozzle every time. If you would like to add an auto centering lens assembly to your machine send us a message, we're happy to make that happen.

Our 12kw 20kw machines come standard with auto beam centering lenses that will track dynamically with the machine as it cuts. There is no need to center the beam on these machines.

You received a list of suggested settings with your machine. Start with those settings and you will be up and running with a few clicks of the mouse.
