1. Agreement to Terms By purchasing, accessing, or using equipment, products, or services from Hero Machine Co. ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2. Product Warranty Hero Machine Co. provides a 3-year warranty on all parts for manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the replacement of defective parts at our cost. It does not cover misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow prescribed maintenance.
3. Lifetime Technical Support We offer lifetime technical support via phone or WhatsApp exclusively to the original purchaser. Support includes troubleshooting, operational guidance, and general product assistance but excludes physical service visits or parts replacement outside the warranty terms.
4. Limitation of Liability Hero Machine Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our equipment or products, including, but not limited to, lost profits, downtime, or business interruption.
5. Safety and Operation Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe operation of all equipment purchased from Hero Machine Co. Users must comply with all relevant safety standards, guidelines, and local laws. Hero Machine Co. is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow operational instructions.
6. Payment Terms All payments must be completed in full according to the agreed-upon terms at the time of purchase. Late payments may incur additional fees, including collection costs.
7. Shipping and Delivery Hero Machine Co. will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to shipping carriers, customs, tariffs, or acts of nature.
8. Returns and Refunds Due to the custom nature of our equipment, Hero Machine Co. does not accept returns. All deposits made towards the purchase of equipment are non-refundable.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services or products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tennessee.
