At Hero Machine Co., we build machines to work as hard as you do. That’s why every piece of equipment we sell comes backed by a 3-Year Limited Parts Warranty and Lifetime Technical Support—because we stand behind our machines long after the sale.

What’s Covered:

• 3-Year Warranty on Parts
  We will replace any part or component that fails due to a manufacturer defect within three (3) years of the original purchase date, at no cost to the original owner.

• Lifetime Technical Support
  Need help troubleshooting? Call us. Text us. Send smoke signals. As long as you own your machine, you’ll have direct access to our support team via phone, video call, or WhatsApp.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper installation

• Failures resulting from lack of required maintenance

• Consumables or normal wear items (e.g., nozzles, lenses, bearings, ceramic rings)

• Modifications made by unauthorized personnel

Eligibility:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to Make a Claim:

If you experience an issue, contact our support team. We'll help you diagnose the problem and ship out a replacement part and give you detailed instructions along with live support to make the repair.  For critical repairs like a resonator we will travel to your shop within the continuous United States and assist with the repair in person.
