How the preorder works
Select your power level, payment option, and add-ons above. A 50% deposit starts the build. The balance is due before the machine ships to the customer, after our Tennessee test-fire and inspection.
Which Darkstar should I choose? The 1200W is the value choice for daily fabrication. Choose the 1800W when you need 1/4" single-pass depth, Turbo capability, or the optional Dual Wire Feeder.
Questions people ask
Is laser welding faster than TIG or MIG? Most shops report 2-4x faster welding than TIG on light and medium gauge, with less heat distortion, minimal spatter, and little to no grinding afterward.
What power does it need? Standard single-phase power. No three-phase service is required.
Does it need a water chiller? No. It is fully air-cooled.
What’s the warranty? A 2-year warranty plus lifetime phone support, with parts stocked in the USA.
When will my machine arrive? Factory lead time is approximately 6 weeks, followed by test-firing and inspection at our Tennessee shop before delivery.
