How the preorder works
Select your power level, payment option, and add-ons above. A 50% deposit starts the build. The balance is due before the machine ships to the customer, after our Tennessee test-fire and inspection.
Which Blaster should I choose? Choose 700W for the lightest mobile setup. Choose 900W when you want more single-pass penetration without stepping up to the larger Darkstar platform.
Questions people ask
Is laser welding faster than TIG or MIG? Most shops report 2-4x faster welding than TIG on light and medium gauge, with less heat distortion, minimal spatter, and little to no grinding afterward.
What power does it need? Standard single-phase power. No three-phase service is required.
Does it need a water chiller? No. It is fully air-cooled.
What’s the warranty? A 2-year warranty plus lifetime phone support, with parts stocked in the USA.
